Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

LORD, I pray in Your Mighty name to get our Dawg Nation brothers transplant and to heal his physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. In Jesus Christ our Saviour and Redemer. Amen. 😎
Prayers for you, sir.
Every day is a gift. Your story reminds me to make the best of each moment.
I hope we're both around to see another National Championship or two, but I'm incredibly grateful to have already seen three. We're not guaranteed anything more than this moment. Thank you for reminding me.
Go, Dawgs!
I woke up today, then saw this thread for the first time. Immediately thanked our Almighty for everything!!!! Sincere prayers of healing (and a transplant) for you, and comfort for yours. The people who love you, the DAWGS!!!!
Hey. dawfanfromalabam.
Checking in friend, How are you?
Got a new liver 6/225 in Houston. Hoping to be Beck in GA by the start of football season.
Best wishes for a full recovery! 🙏
Thank you, LORD for our Dawg Nation brother's successful liver transplant that his whole body will be healed 100% and back home to Georgia in time for football season to cheer for our Bulldogs. In the name of Jesus. Amen. 😎
Congratulations on the new liver, that’s really awesome! I’ve a brother that had a liver transplant about 17 years ago. He was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease).
He got his surgery at Emory University Hospital. They did a great job and things went very well. He has sense passed, but nothing related to the transplant. Life expectancy isn’t great for people with OI. He actually did very well and made it to 35. I mean this in a very positive way.
I’m sure it’s much better today than almost 20yrs ago, but I remember him having to take tons of anti-rejection meds and it taking quite awhile to get the combination of medications right, but they figured it out and things went well.
I helped my brother a lot back then so I became very familiar with Emory and the whole process. It’s been awhile but I remember it being a lot to deal with. I’ll pray for you a perfect recovery. I hope your journey continues to go well. Congratulations again, this is a really big deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AWESOME!!! Praise God!!!!
GO DAWGS!!!
Great hearing from you just n time for the season. Had gotten a little worried. Go Dawgs!
That's great news!! Thanks for the update. Many Dawg brothers and sisters are praying for you and your family.
