in Diamond Dawgs Baseball

Really hoping the Dawgs take care of NC State and can get to the CWS. Would be fun to see them make a run there.

Been to Omaha once years ago it really is a fun atmosphere for the players and fans. College Baseball gets overshadowed by Football and Basketball. But the CWS is the one chance they have to shine on a big stage.

    Freaking 18-1??? That’s awful. Is that some kind of record??? Well there always tomorrow. I would love to see the DAWGS have one HUGE payback in game number two!!! GO DAWGS!!!

    Not sure how well they will bounce back after that thumping. Wolfpack pitching is pretty good - silenced the Dawgs' bats in this game. They definitely have their work cut out for them.

    We can hope, but our pitching may not be up to the challenge. That is the new coach's specialty so I look for him to recruit some elite arms this coming year.

    NC State is as formidable of opponent as the DAWGS can face. A game number two win must happen for the DAWGS to earn a game number three. A hard row to hoe. GO DAWGS!!!

    Florida advanced to the CWS tonight haha.

    Hopefully the dawgs join. It looks very possible it’s an All ACC/SEC CWS. That would be weird.
