before we start Saban bashing. We must remember that Coach Dooley served as both head football coach AND AD for nine years and then remained AD for many more years.
Dooley also appointed the absolute WORST candidate he could have chosen for his head coach. I know that this is just fodder for the bama fans to try to reassure them that their precious **** football team will not fall from grace, but it will. Saban did not have a defense for several years until TRob saved his butt last year. Old Steele had very little to do with the improvement last year. Their D won't be near as good this year. last time i looked TRob is in Athens preparing another historic defense for the Georgia Bulldogs. It's not hard to tell that Griffith is Finebaum's buddy, always trying to prop up bama on this UGA site. The players have a VERY bad taste in their mouths after being cheated out of the win in the SEC game. Kirby mentioned that the D was working on a package for mobile QB's. What he really meant was a Milroe package. bama scores 17 at home against Dawgs in September.
