“They got a taste of what it can taste like, of being a Big 12 champion,”

That’s great, and UT might be all that this season, but the only taste that’s guaranteed in the SEC is the taste of your own blood.

We know Texas is one thing at this point: narcissistic and full of bluster! Based on their mouthing off, for the first time in my life, I will be pulling for every team they play. Even Tennessee, the real SEC UT, Florida, and Bama. Hell, I will pull for any team playing them at this point.

    🤣

The weak big 12 schedule will not have them prepared for what they’re about to experience. The SEC is a bloodbath every week. Buckle up cows. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.

UT vs. UT… that is a tough one. For me it would have to boil down to rooting against whichever team had more to lose at the time, or pulling for the outcome that best helps Georgia. But all things being equal, I’m not sure I could even stomach watching.

Don’t you know that would be a very u g l y scene with 2 of the gaudiest oranges going against each other. 🤮

can’t even imagine a fans closet. At least most dawg fans have lots of black. And black goes with everything! As @DawgSonOfGamecock said. I guess I want what’s best for the dawgs when they meet. Which should be rooting for TN.

Texas will be satisfying to beat.

They prepared for weeks to win that one SEC matchup with alabummer.

Now, they have to do that every week….

Its a grind not an aerial circus each game like the mediumsized12

Way back when Texas was in the SWC and Daryl Royal was the head coach the Longhorns were very good. But that was a long time ago and even then the only tier one teams in the SWC from year to year were Texas and Oklahoma.

And now the best teams from the SWC are in the SEC. How times have changed.
