    Thanks Mike for the rest of the article. It’s interesting how there is such a disparity in payments. Example: UGA paying UMass 1.9 million vs Tenn Tech $550,000. I really don’t get anymore excited playing UMass over Tenn Tech so I’m not sure why we pay one over 3 times more than the other. Go Dawgs!!!

    I think the more interesting story is why teams like UGA pay schools outside of Georgia to fill up the schedule. Why not keep the funds in state? Between Georgia Southern, Kennesaw, Georgia State and Mercer, there are more than enough opponents.

    I was thinking the same thing about the difference in payments. Mike Griffith, how about an article to explain the price difference payments. Just one more thing, please edit your articles. Northern Illinois was not a 28 point favorite vs ND.
