Clearly, Lane Kiffin's offense is falling apart and must be heavily doubted going forward. That's how it works, right? Or does that logic only apply to Georgia's offense in night games on the road?

Well said Brother !! No matter what happens tonight for our Dawgs, KY just showed they are a pretty dawg gone good team. And we played them at Their house where they have a History of playing us Very tough !! Go Dawgs !! P. S. I’ll take a one point Win over a one point Loss ANY Day !! Just shows every Sat. in CFB is different !!

Dawgs have to be able to come out quickly against Bama and score. No slow start. Set the tone and take the crowd out of the game. Whichever team controls the LOS wins the game. Dawgs need to contain Milroe. Bama can beat the Dawgs with big plays and by disrupting Beck enough to keep him uncomfortable. I'm still trying to determine if we are as good as advertised, especially on offense.

Both teams had 2 weeks to prepare. This game will show us a lot. No excuses and no room for errors, sloppy play, penalties, or not executing.

@E_Roc...understand what you are saying, but how many seasons has an Ole Miss team under Kiffin been overrated and overhyped? Lots. KY does have a formidable defense and their offensive strategy of keep away seems to cause problems for some teams...and not others. But overall, their offense is not very good.

We'll find out if the Dawgs have been overrated and overhyped tonight.

I can see that you made an effort to see what I was saying. But I do think you missed my point, which was that the college football world isn't going to spend the next however many weeks insisting that OM doesn't have a championship caliber offense. They'll talk about where they came up short in this game, sure, but there isn't going to be the kind of broader doubt about where their offense goes from here like we've been seeing about Georgia's offense (including from the Georgia fan base). Whether the OM offense has been overrated in the past doesn't really have anything to do with that, except to maybe further illustrate my point.

And that brings me to the other point I want to make. I don't think a loss tonight would do anything to establish that Georgia has been "overhyped and overrated." Even if it does happen to extend into an actual slump, the Dawgs have been on an historic run in more ways than one. Whatever happens tonight, there has been more than ample basis for what respect the team has been getting.

Well ****. This aged poorly. Never imagined these Dawgs would make such a fool of me for believing in them.
