I really hope this is not as bad as it appears.

What does that even mean? He hit a pregnant woman? Sounds like open auditions for wide receiver.

Next man up. If this is true he is toast!

What's going on with Kirby. I mean, how does this compare to other teams. Seems like a lot.

Is it too much to ask for a two week stretch without some massively detrimental news breaking about this team?

Why is he even up at 4 in the morning? Doesn't he have classes and practice?

I have so many questions - I know I'll never get the answers.
I don't even want to know what this charge could possibly mean from an incident description standpoint.
I'm hope the victim is okay and that Young gets some guidance. In whatever form that is the most impactful.

Read where assault can mean verbal threats. Hopefully that's all it was. BUt still.

" This is the seventh Georgia player to be arrested since March of 2024. "

This is the latest in a string of legal issues for the Georgia program, which has  seen 10 players and one staff member arrested for driving-related incidents since January 2023.

Not even sure where to begin. This is embarrassing and concerning. We can't keep shaking these incidents off or blaming it solely on young kids doing bad things. This is a problem within the program. It needs to be addressed once and for all with strict accountability rules and immediate termination from the program if incidents like this and others deem true.

It's simply not normal. I don't remember any of my college friends or acquaintances at UGA EVER doing things like this. Because they didn't.

Is this kind of behavior caused by the feeling of entitlement from certain players and the program itself now that we've reached the summit?

terrible news, this one doesn’t sound like it will end well. 4 am on a weeknight?

Striking a pregnant woman. Where are the leaders of this football program?

    this is BULL 💩!

    He said, she said!

    No witnesses.

Why wasn’t she arrested for unlawful trespassing?

“Ex-girlfriend”?! Mind your own business, do not concern yourself to who your “ex-boyfriend” is talking to on the phone!

    It isn’t her concern!

You go to your “ex boyfriends” place to “discuss” what, exactly, after 12 pm MIDNIGHT!?!

And I am SO SURE the Athens PD went into this with an open mind, and asked her why she was in his place of residence, when she had zero business being there at 12 pm midnight!

Please, this is a straight HIT JOB on a Georgia player, HE SAID, SHE SAID.

and if there are NO CAMERA footage of what took place, then this is a nothing burger, PERIOD.

It says he was booked at 4. She went to his apartment at midnight and says she was there for 20 minutes. I am sure he didn't want to be up at 4am.

So the police were there for hours? Got it!
