ATHENS — Georgia coach Kirby Smart credited the Sanford Stadium crowd for helping the Bulldogs offense get off to a fast start in a 41-31 win over Mississippi State on Saturday.

The 3 transfer LBs, Marshall, Sorey, and especially Dumas Johnson are sorely missed. While GA filled some holes with Transfers on offense but ignored the D. I thought Everette and Humphreys would improved from 2023 but have regressed. Smart needs to get Muschamp back on the sideline if possible.

Prepared to be completely embarrassed next week. This team is a shell of what Kirby has spoiled us with the past few years. Didn’t expect it to last forever, just longer than 3-4 years.

I'd say the same. Also need to work on the D-Line coaching. Watching south carolina, whose lineman are "supposedly" less talented, harass milroe all game, it really raises some questions. Really looks like coaching to me. I don't think it can be fixed mid-season. But something needs to be done. Our DBs are not looking back for the ball, ever. And even Starks is getting burnt. To me it looks like either wrong kind of calls on defense or guys not playing their assignments.
