Agree 100%! And why are we continuing to have reports on this site concerning this matter as to player remarks in the NFL (a la Derrick Henry) and others who are espousing "Kirby's tyrannical nature" when all of this has been laid to rest??

Let the talking heads talk…..such diarrhea of the mouth by others concerning an incident (that was handled professionally by our coach, the opposing coach and the player involved) does not need to have continual support on this site by our reporters, in my opinion, ….. unless it is being done to stoke the wrath of our players to defend their coach's honor this Saturday!!

    We shall see this Saturday!

    Go Dawgs!

  • I couldn't help but wonder what the outcome could have possibly been if Kirby had put Gunner in for awhile during the Alabama game after Carson seemed to be struggling and throwing bad passes and then interceptions. I remember Saban did this after Georgia was leading at halftime during a previous championship game. He put Tua in and the game turned around and catapulted Tua to be the starting quarterback. I am not staying Beck needs to be replaced, When his head is in the game he is spot on , I am just saying Texas has reams of film to watch of Beck but there is very little of Gunner so if he is allowed to play some, they wont be expecting that and it could really throw them off. Bringing in some new plays in the playbook wouldn't hurt either. Texas is gunning for us and we could at least show them what junkyard dawgs do when threatened. Just a thought from a girl fan. GO DAWGS!!!
