That sounds like a Warren Zevon song…"Lawyers, Guns and Money"…"the s*** has hit the fan"!

I keep telling you UGA fans, the issue isn't the drops. Arian Smith is the only one for whom this is a recurring problem. The issue is the inability to separate from the defense, whether before or after the catch. That has been the real problem all year, and it is the real reason why Beck has so many accuracy and turnover problems. The lack of a big play passing game means UGA has to dink and dunk its way down the field. (By the way, no long runs either.) And the lack of separation means that Beck has to keep throwing it all day in traffic. Tom Brady and Drew Brees can do that. While I still maintain that Beck should be taken in the 1st two rounds of the draft, he isn't a future NFL Hall of Famer like those guys.

Dawgnation has to admit the real issue isn't Beck or Bobo. It is the subpar WR recruiting by Kirby and staff. No blaming the WR coach … it preceded him. The WRs that UGA has grabbed from the portal: are Missouri, Miami and Vanderbilt missing them? Nope. UGA can't land big time WRs from the portal for the same reason that they can't get them out of high school.

watching some replays of the offensive line, our tackles are having a tough time hitting and maintaining blocks. The run game and the passing are affected by this. But the skill players get the attention for not being up to the UGA standard. Open some holes and protect the QB, then the offense will click.

BecK needs to work on 1. His fundamentals 2. His decision making. Neither have been good. I know it is not all him but this is nothing new for Beck. Also when Beck is off and you're trying to burn clock in Q4 why call 3 straight passes that were incomplete and the entire posession lasted just 11 seconds????? That's on Bobo.

Lol I learn something new every day !! I wrongly thought that Hank Williams Jr. wrote that song but I see the ole WeirWolves Of London man wrote it and it was covered by quite a few artists. Thx for the info. !! Go Dawgs !!!

There are Allot of issues concerning QB/WRs. It’s all already been discussed here at length. All I know is when the ball hits the receivers right in the hands they Have to catch those. To progress forward it’s essential they make the catches on the Good throws. I understand missing the bad throws. Go Dawgs !!

I see Beck throwing more off his back foot more this year than all of last year. He has a cannon, and thankfully the Dawgs still won with him and the receivers having their worst game while as starting players. I think all is correctable IMO. Go Dawgs!

When you look at Beck this year compared to last year. Beck is showing more happy feet than composure. When he feel any little pressure he begins to bail out the pocket or look to do so. He look like he is in panic mode and it interferes with his read on the defense. He needs to slow his mind down, so he know where his receivers will be and not speed up the process.

Georgia defense looks good when they play aggressive. It would be nice to see them play like that on a regular basis.

Kirby says that fewer dropped passes might have led to fewer interceptions. That may be true. But a few more called running plays might have also helped, too. Sitting the stadium Saturday night, most of us Dawg fans were literally (and repeatedly) begging Bobo to "run the **** ball." Especially in the first half, you could tell Georgia's O-Line could move the Texas line. Let's say that Etienne carries the ball just five more times in the game. That's five fewer passes by Beck and I think he's A LOT MORE EFFECTIVE throwing the ball 30-35 times per game than more than 40. Hopefully, we'll be more balanced against Florida. Go Dawgs!

Oh, and interceptions are bad enough, but can we at least please stop throwing them on FIRST FRIGGING DOWN?!?!?

"Lawson Luckie had a ball go off his hands" - He had no chance of catching that throw but made an attempt anyway. Maybe Bowers could have nabbed it if he was still around. But Beck was off on that throw.
