    Alabama lost to Vanderbilt. In what world should Alabama EVER lose to Vanderbilt. It is the bad loss of bad losses. It's almost displaying..

    I must have been mistaken…..strength of schedule was going to count….the jokes on me, Oregon and TOS played one legit game, The Ducks won by one. The remainder of their schedule have been cupcakes….Michigan, Penn St you must be delusional….BUT HEY, The Dawgs #3, no better place to start our ascension to National Champion! Of the first 5 teams, The Dawgs are the only team to play two ranked opponents….Texas takes only one, TAM…..GOOOO DAWGS, SICEM WOOF WOOF WOOF……..HIKE A LEG!

    BTY…..It took a Michigan moron to think the TOS win over Penn St as worthy….what a joke, PS has no QB or HC.

    Total BS- Ohio State should have lost to Nebraska and getting very tired of imbeciles running these rankings.

    @BigDawg61

    The pollsters don't need to keep Michigan and Ohio State relevant when Michigan won the 2023 national title and Ohio State only barely lost the 2022 national title because of a combination of UGA knocking Ohio State's best player out of the game with a questionable hit to the head halfway through - people who claim that the zebras are always biased against UGA are nuts because it would have been very easy to eject the DB for targeting (the same was assessed against Dan Jackson against Texas for way less) and give Ohio State a 1st down on the 1 yard line - and terrible late game management by Ryan Day causing what would have been a game winning field goal to be just a few yards too long. Ohio State also won the 2014 title, which is more recent than any Auburn, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, FSU, Miami national title. Sorry but that is a bad take.

    @Petesdawgs Ohio State should have lost to Nebraska? Have we forgotten UGA 13 Kentucky 12?

    @GtheGreek

    UGA's legitimate games are against Clemson (2 losses and beaten no one), Texas (beaten no one) and Alabama (loss). UGA will get to claim schedule supremacy only after beating Ole Miss and Tennessee back to back. As for Texas, their best win this season is Vanderbilt. Of course, it isn't their fault that Michigan and Oklahoma are way down this year, but Michigan being down hurts Oregon and Ohio State too. At the end of the day, the Big 10 isn't the SEC, but it isn't the ACC or Big 12 either. The Big 10 was clearly the 2nd best conference BEFORE they added Oregon, Washington, USC and UCLA. That's the crazy thing: the Big 10 didn't do like the ACC by adding traditionally bad Stanford and Cal plus the #7 football school in Texas in SMU. They added 3 good traditional football programs, plus UCLA who is a bit higher than Georgia Tech level. That doesn't get them to SEC level, but they are still not going to have any problems being looked favorably on by the playoff committee.

    Translation……..The reason we are not ahead of Ohio State is we have a miserable QB in Beck. I wish CKS would bench him but he won't.

    It is easy to be consistent playing a big10 schedule. Give me a break

  • osmosiphobeosmosiphobe ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

    Number two is sort of relevant (we haven't been consistent, and that hasn't had much to do with who we were playing, but rather how we played them), but, come on… Number one was a bogus answer, and we all know it.

    They thought enough of Georgia losing to Alabama to make them #1 after the loss.
    It’s not our fault that Oregon or Ohio doesn’t have to play Vandy.

    Wait…did I really just type that???

    ”Questionable hit to the head”? Really?

    Tell me you’re not actually a Dawgs fan without telling me you’re not really a Dawgs fan…
