My great Hope is that the Dawgs Defense ate some rat poison by beating the Vols and got caught looking past UMass. They better Sure show up vs the bugs or it could be a nasty night for Dawgs fans. I hope the Dawgs Faithful are Loud & Proud !! Go Dawgs !!!

GT has a rushing attack lightyears better than UMass. In fact, we couldn’t stop them last year and they have a better OL than 12 months ago. Hopefully we had a wake-up call today because GT is salivating at the possibility of stuffing us next week and ruining our season. Go Dawgs and kick the bugs in their little stingers!!!

Was there a single holding penalty called against U Mass today? I mean either those guys played the cleanest game ever or the officials were intentionally keeping their flags in their pockets. It seems that they are trying to keep the underdog in the game by allowing them to get away with obvious holding. Brandon had a good analysis about how the penalty calls against the opponent have decreased dramatically in the last few seasons. I hope we will get a better crew against the NATS next Friday.

Weird how you can be great one week and not the next. Hope they get it right

Is there a legitimate reason why a terrible UMass team actually dominated our defensive front? And can anybody explain why our D seems unable to set the edge? Any team paying attention will simply run, run, run the ball. No real need to try passing even though our coverage skills aren’t very good. I assure you Tech is paying attention.

I guess the question really is which Dawgs team shows up against Tech. This team is manic depressive. Great one weak, terrible the next. One last thought: Is it just me, or did the backups look better than the starters. Certainly played harder. Shouldn’t effort be rewarded?
