On3 has him ranked #189 overall and a 4 star #16 OT in the nation in their pure ranking. Looks like a senior class late riser Kirby special. Go Dawgs!!

I love this kind of in depth journalism, Jeff. I feel a great affinity for this young man and hope he chooses the Dawgs.

Sounds like an intelligent and grounded young man. Definitely will need at least a year to develop before he would ever be ready to take the field in the SEC. But a year in the UGA program developing physically and practicing vs NFL caliber players would be way more valuable than 2 years of starting and practicing at GA St. It would be a crash course in advanced football.

UGA already has 26 commitments. It has also been reported that UGA is after other OT's in this cycle. Not sure how UGA adds more commitments with roster sizes being reduced in '25. Scholarships will be up (85 to 105) but roster sizes will be reduced. 105 total players vs 125(?) total players this year.

May be seeing a view into UGA's "new" recruiting strategy. More developmental scholarship players to take the place of walk on players that will be eliminated.

Expect A LOT of last second commitment chaos this signing day across the country. Expect UGA to get a flip or 2 and lose a flip or 2.

We should be looking at the Top 3 OTs in the country, not the Top 50.

UGA should be but that requires big pay day's up front. CKS has chosen to compensate players that have proven their worth while performing at a high level for UGA. Personally, that seems like the best way to compensate players on a team.

The way of recruiting 3-4 years ago is gone.
