I would hate to see him go, but that man is deserving of all the opportunities he receives. I know he just had a young one and not sure how much time he can allocate toward family life when it compares to being a coordinator in the NFL or a HC in college. If he really enjoys the recruiting process, I can see him staying in college, but I'd put money on an NFL job coming up.

Time for Schumann to say adios…. Our program will be better for it. He is highly, highly overrated. We should pay UNC to take him.

We should offer UNC a great package deal for Schumann and Bobo as a bundle…

I hate to bash on Schumann, I really do. Nothing at all against him on a personal basis. YES great players went to the NFL. YES there have been injuries to starters. BUT a Great Coach will Find ways to work around those and Still manage to shine.

Dawgs got scorched by Ole Miss. That was bad enough, but UMass ??!!?? A team that was 2-8 coming in and had just fired their HC the Monday before !! Come on now !! You could throw the first half of vs Bama in with that as well.

There have been only three games where the Dawgs Defense LOOKED like the Dawgs Defense: Clemson, TX, TN. The TX game was the lesser of those three but a pretty solid performance still.

The Dawgs Defense dropped some when Lanning left, but Muschamp did a pretty good job of shoring it up. But since Muschamp is no longer directly involved on the sidelines the difference is very noticeable. If Schumann were to leave I’d be more than fine with Muschamp getting a nice fat pay raise and becoming DC !! In that role he’s no where near his prime. Because he’s been in the game so long some times people tend to see Muschamp as “ old”. No !! He’s only like two years older than Kirby !! And though he didn’t pan out as a HC he’s a great DC !! Players Love him !!

Never the less as some of you have already stated I sure hope Schumann will have the Dawgs Defense firing on all cylinders for the remainder of any and all games starting with vs GT and forward into post season. A smidge off topic but the same goes for Bobo and the Offense. I hope this Dawgs team is ready to utterly crush any and all opponents !! Go Dawgs !!!

Against VA Tech and Notre Dame, Ga tech scored a combined 19 points. I would find what those two teams did right and copy it. Go DAWGS!

Personally, IMHO, I believe that if he is patient, He'll be offered the Bama job…..another lack luster year like this one for Bama and the money men in Tuscaloosa will have had enough and DeBore will head to the B1G……So, who could The Dawgs steal away to lend a helping hand for Glenn……U Mass DC Steve Casula impressed the hell out of me and since the idiots fired Don Brown, we'll have to entice him away from poultry position with The Big Blue Wolverines.

IF you watched the BAMA -Oklahoma game Venerables defensive backs didn't give Miroe a cushion to throw to wideopen receivers. THey played up on the receivers and contested everything. THey seemed to know what was coming and they went for the picks. THey also hounded Milore with pressure. Milroe was stymied unlike any team has been able to do yet. 15 rushes for 7 yards, Unbelievable! He completed less than half of his throws. 11-26. The Sooners dominated them.
