    Notre Dame? FFS.

@99nout Would you be another SEC fan who chooses to ignore that Notre Dame beat Texas A&M by the same 10 point margin that Texas just did? Or that they beat Georgia Tech by 3 scores and not in 8 overtimes? Yes, it stinks that Notre Dame chose to align with the SEC and as a result no longer regularly plays Ohio State, Michigan or Penn State, and on top of that it was a down year for several of the teams that they did play (FSU, USC, I will even say Louisville, who just last year won 10 games, and Purdue). But if the ACC champion (either SMU or Clemson) or the Big 12 champion (either Arizona State or Iowa State) belongs in the playoff then so does Notre Dame. Their loss to NIU oddly helps them, as it makes them 10-0 against Power 5 (an outdated term but until they come up with a new one …) competition. If they were going to inevitably lose a game because of not being good enough to run the table, it was better to lose to NIU and beat A&M, USC etc. than the other way around.

"Running back Trevor Etienne rushed for three touchdowns in the win, but his status will be worth monitoring in the days to come. He has missed the last three games with a rib injury."

LOL, what the heck are you talking about? What game are you talking about if he's missed his last 3 games???

That's BS that Ohio State only drops 5 spots to # 7 after their second lose to an unranked Mighigan to AT HOME. UGA dropped 9 spots when they dropped their second lose to Ole Miss away. Clear bias, same BS.

I've always understood you to be a contrarian, but even for you, this is ridiculous.

BTW, have you changed your username? Your posts are very similar to someone else who once frequented these articles, and went away before "benzone" showed up. At least as far as I recall.
