I'm not sure how it is possible to win the Butkus Award and be 2nd team All SEC.
To my mind, the Butkus Award correlates with All American.
What a great honor for Jalon Walker, his parents, his coaches, his teammates, and his predecessors. Roquan Smith and Nakobe Dean set a very high bar as Dawgs! Jalon Walker has followed in that great tradition.
