Good luck. I don't really know anything about the guy. Potentially saw himself not moving forward in the program? Doesn't really matter, in the end. One thing we can count on Smart and his other coaches to do is have a well-stocked defense.

This one was predictable. I could name a few more but won't. One thing we have learned about the UGA recruiting machine is that it will recruit over players already in the program. If the players don't develop they will likely move on and be replaced by younger players with potential.
Usually this approach works well. In the TP day and age it can help you keep young players with more upside. Sometimes you take a step back when you lose experience and the younger players don't develop as fast as expected. Jackson Meeks (2nd team All-ACC) and Jamon Dumas-Johnson are a couple of cases where older, more experienced players would've benefited by staying. BTW did you notice 1 time commit Josh Braun was 2nd team All-SEC?
