Noice. With each passing day, this acrid taste in my mouth fades a little more. This is like rising with some Fiji water.
Wow! Wonder what they were promised?
Also, we've seen that Bell has great potential, but there's no way he's getting drafted this year after the season he just had. Come back, reset, get back to playing the way he's capable of playing, and he'll be better off in the long run.
Here's the elite receiver everyone wanted, DAWGS won out. Branch, along with the other WR signees, should be much needed help next season at the WR position..GoDAWGS!
Hopefully, the coaching staff will sure up the defense and get to work on a consistent offense. This year was marred inconsistency on both sides of the ball, not just certain players but as a team.
Three squares a day.
FINALLY some home run transfers!
Sounds like a great duo!
Both recruited in the Top 100 players for 2022!
Zachariah a member of 247 Sports 2023 Freaks list and #4 ranked of available players in the transfer portal. Recruited from HS as a 5 star.
Zion recruited as a 4 star.
From a Seth Emerson article today…
" Zachariah, a receiver and former top-10 recruit in 2023, caught 78 passes for 823 yards and three touchdowns over two seasons at USC, earning freshman All-America honors in 2023. He also had a kick return touchdown, punt return touchdown and averaged 21 yards per punt return in that first season.
He should bring another level of explosiveness for a Georgia wide receiver group that struggled at times this season, although Zachariah’s sophomore season was considered relatively disappointing relative to the high expectations.
Zion, a safety and former four-star and top-100 recruit in 2022, had 41 tackles over two seasons with the Trojans, though he’s battled injuries and missed all of his true freshman season. He was expected to battle for a starting job at USC in 2025."
Only if someone new is calling the plays.
Bell, et al……short of Walker and Starks, there's not a Junior on the TEAM that wouldn't benefit from another year being a DAWG…….I can only hope and pray!
Awesome! Now, the most important part. MAKE SURE HE STARTS. I don't get what the issue is, but we have had problems getting and keeping WRs for forever. This is huge news however. Talyn Tayler shows as a 4 star in 247 as the 9th best WR, so I'm not too worried if he has his feelings hurt. Freshman generally don't start at WR for Georgia no matter how good they are.
This is Awesome News !! I was starting to wonder if this years TP was a one way street for the Dawgs. Go Dawgs !!
These two should have an immediate impact on the team starting as early as spring training.
I hear you and fully agree !! Let’s let the past be the past, put it behind us and Press Forward for a banner year !! Allot of work to be done. But if anyone can make a Big comeback it’s Kirby and our Dawgs !! Already looking forward to G Day !! Go Dawgs !!
