- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Where the Georgia football 2025 roster is at from a scholarship, position standpoint
ATHENS — With the NFL draft window closed and the transfer portal shut for the moment, the Georgia Bulldogs have a much better idea of where their roster will be for the upcoming season.

18 Offensive linemen, 11 of which are freshmen? May be set for 2026 but hopefully some of these guys will be pleasant surprises for upcoming season.
A lot more scholarship freshman on the O-line than I realized. Very rare for those guys to be able to step in and actually become a starter in Year One - but it does happen and may need to happen next season. D-line is almost in the same boat.
All I can say is with a new starting QB, new & returning RBs, a whole new set of receivers, and a mostly re-built O and D line 2025 is going to be a crap shoot…no telling how all this gels together or doesn't as a team unit. Wishing for the best.
Hopefully we won't lose any additional players to the portal after Spring ball.
Rumors and reports: Changes coming to UGA coaching staff next week. Buck Belue said on 680 The Fan that he's heard insider knowledge that Mike Bobo will be stepping down from the job due to “health concerns”.
Contrary to the rumor, Bobo has no plans to retire and was "on the road and recruiting" Texas commit Dia Bell on Thursday night.
hopefully more offense. The dawgs scored around 85 fewer points in 24 than 23. Granted the tougher schedule could account for some. But still that’s a bunch of points.
Believe Cole Speer will be a senior; has not redshirted at any time.
I don’t believe Buck Belle has any inside knowledge. He is probably just looking for clicks. No other outlet reporting a thing about Georgia making a coaching change.
it’s all going to boil down to leadership. Stockton, Delp, Everette, Morris, Miller, Bell, Branch, Jones, etc… There are upper class-men in each room & on each unit. This is their team & legacy. They know what it takes to win a championship & a few will need to make the decision to be leaders driving the effort & commitment beginning with winter workouts. Whether from injury, NIL, transfers, no player has stepped up & demanded excellence, commitment, or the same domination we saw in 21 & 22.
When you look at the OL and DL it is surprising how young we are. Here's hoping that more than a few aspire to greatness. It'll be interesting to watch these groups mature.
@Connor Riley Great article Connor !! Thanks for this info. !! As several of my fellow Dawgs fans have already stated the O & D lines are of deep concern. And there are question marks in other units as well. Tons of youth and inexperience on this team.
Not making excuses just pointing out the reality. The main Good thing is the schedule as compared to 2024. It’s not an easy peasy schedule but it’s considerably softer than last year. And as has already been commented on it just boils down to COACHES And Veteran Players leading all this youth. Kirby has had allot of youth before and been successful , so it Can happen again.
We have players on both sides of the ball that I believe can step up and challenge their teammates, Be leaders. Just have to hammer hard in practice and carry on to the field in real games. I’m not exactly sure of What and How I’m not a coach or expert but I believe there needs to be some change of Technique on the O Line as even though young these are 4 & 5 star players out of HS, and seven of them have game experience, four of them Substantial game experience. Coach UP what you have, goes for the whole team. Go Dawgs !!
