#1 Auburn got lucky to beat the DAWGS. They had a chance to tie it at the buzzer but fell short, this after being down 16 early in the 1st half. Missed Free Throws doomed the DAWGS..9/20 from the stripe doesn't help win games. Make half of those misses, and you win..GoDAWGS!

If UGA could have shot some free throws, they would have won.

Totally agree that they're fun to watch, and it's fun to see the ongoing improvement.

One small disagreement: UGA is actually not a bad FT team (just was bad today). But we are bad at shooting threes — 11th in the league in percentage and 14th in number of treys per game. This was supposed to be one of Blue Cain's strengths, but he's hitting only 28.6 percent.

I'll ditto on you're "handling pressure" observation. We seem to get rattled by the intensity of opponents that are more experienced at high stakes games — Auburn's runs in this today and the entire second half at Tennessee).

Maybe if Georgia hadn’t gotten off to such a slow start they could’ve pulled it out. The basketball team definitely looks better and more competitive, but it’s still not where any of us die hard longtime Georgia basketball fans would like to see them. Go Dawgs!!
