There is no doubt that KS is a master recruiter and he develops players into NFL ready players. The problem is,if they don't get enough playing time while he develops them, the players see immediate playing time and big money somewhere else (like the state of Texas) and transfer out. NIL and transfers are killing college sports.
Hope it works. The system is broken and must be fixed. There must be some restrictions on transfers. Kids changing schools every year is absurd. Make them contract employees like the NFL. At least they’re then bound for the term of the contract. Of course, that creates other problems, but since the NCAA is irrelevant, incompetent, and powerless, the binding contract route would possibly be an improvement.
