Georgia baseball bashes Kentucky 17-10 to win first SEC series

Good on Georgia for out-slugging KY, but gosh almighty when is our pitching staff gonna show up?! I've been thinking up to now that Wes Johnson, renowned for his pitching coach prowess, would get these guys humming any day, especially since by preseason accounts our pitching is supposed to be a deeply skilled bunch… but we're well into the season and have a team ERA of a gazillion against the softest third of our schedule. I know one of Wes' nicknames is the "Pitcher Whisperer", but he might want to work his magic with a little more volume before we square off against the likes of Arkansas, Florida, and the rest of the stout SEC schedule we face. Go Dawgs!
17-10? Better pack a lunch when going to a UGA baseball game.
