“I think all offensive lines have a little bit of a chip on their shoulder because of who they are and how close they are as a group. And I think this group is doing a good job, even though they’re young, of practicing hard and focusing on it day by day.”____Mike Bobo [DN]

Is it just me...or is that about as luke-warm an endorsement, of a Bulldog offensive line, you've ever heard.

    Lol....either he's invoking his inner-Vince Dooley with the down-play, preseason shuffle...or he doesn't know....or....God forbid.…the oline has issues.

'Course....it is early in camp. Lol...no reason to give em too much praise. That, generates complacency....Imo.

We live in 3rd and 7 with this OC. Dawgs missing chance at unprecedented run with unimaginative and predictable offense. I will temper my enthusiasm as I am fairly certain what we will see this season. More of the same. At some point it’s time to quit blaming the players. Until we have an elite OC again get used to 11-3 and an early playoff exit. Wish I had more hope but we’ve seen this movie too many times to expect a different ending.

Come again! I literally cut and pasted the quote from the article. What did I miss. I call it how I see it.

I could've probably cut & pasted about 500 quotes like that, from 500 different coaches. I know what it sounds like, when a coach is excited about his offensive line...and when he's just hopeful. Bobo ain't excited, yet.

Or....maybe you are inferring something different. Want to share…or just sit back and be snarky...and add NOTHING to the conversation? Lol.

    Go Dawgs!

Don’t sweat him Big Dawg dude has some sort of weird hate for Gunner. Every time he posts it’s something negative about Gunner or the Offense. Only thing I can figure is Gunner stole his GF away !! 🤣 Your comments are always reasonable and well thought out. And I’d Much rather be an optimist ( like you) than I had a Debbie Downer. We should trust and believe in our Dawgs including Gunner until they show other wise THIS year, last year is history.

Thanks Navy. It's a breeze, being an "UGA optimist", these days. Shoulda' talked to me 10-15 years ago...or during the "Goff Era". Not so much, then. Lol

I know what UGA has right now, as well as you and the rest of DawgNation. I don't mind splittin' hairs over QB's, OC's and the like. The way I see it.…It's part of the preseason game, for most Fans. Gives em something to do while the team is out, sweatin' in 100° heat.

It's just in good fun. Truth is....imo, no matter who stands behind center.…the Dawgs will March through the season in style, this year. There's a workaround for everything...and everybody...when you're as talent-rich as UGA is, right now. And, the schedule definitely suits em.

I really don't expect em to lose a game this year...if the offensive situation plays out, the way my gut tells me it will. I know Bobo talked about starting fast this year. But, he won't be able to put that to an honest test...till they play Bama.

I don't know why they moved all the Dawgs heavy games, to the backend of the schedule. I think they start out with 2 cupcakes right off the bat, this season. That doesn't help UGA prepare for Bama or the backend of the schedule.

Bama starts out the year with a challenge, so they'll probably be a little saltier than the Dawgs, by the time they get to Athens. I just want to see em get past the first 4 games without giving me a heart-attack. If that happens without a QB change or tash of injuries......It'll be smooth sailing from there.

There's some "pessimism" for ya. Lol...though I regressed in the end. Sorry 'bout 'dat…I tried. Lol

You bring it, too, my Friend. I enjoy reading your comments. Keep em comin'...and Go Dawgs!!!
