I can't help but wonder—You have a head coach who has made, on average, 10 million a year for 10 years. They offer a million dollar incentive if he wins the Natty. Is a million dollar bonus really gonna be an incentive for Kirby? I think the money is of no concern to him—It goes way deeper than that. Pride and accomplishment are greater motivators for a man like Kirby Smart. I'm so glad they are!
