Those are 5* stats not 3*..615 yards in 1 game, on just 19 carries? I know I've never read a stat like that, HS, College, or the nfl. That's a good season for a lot of running backs lol over 1100+ yards a season for 4 straight seasons, and the 4th season is barely half over.. Kirby&Co need to get this young man in Athens as a DAWG..GoDAWGS!

I don’t know how in the world I let this slip past me but this young man is from my old HS !! Dexter, Ga. is the town that’s closest to West Laurens HS there for is called the school’s town. If you sneeze when you drive through there you miss the whole town Lol !! I was raised up on my Daddy’s farm right outside the city limits. It’d do Me and all the folks of Dexter very proud if Ty became a Dawg !! As a side not West Laurens is a 3AAA school they are 7-0 and 4-0 in their region as of tonight !! Go Dawgs !! Go Ty !! Go West Laurens Raiders !!

For our little tiny dot on the map small town it’s HUGE when a player is taken by a school in the SEC Much Greater still if it’s UGA. I only remember one other in the last 25 years and that was Johnny O’Neal unfortunately he never really panned out he got some sort of injury early on I don’t know if that’s part of the cause or if he was just overwhelmed.

We had another kid go to a big school and for the life of me I can’t even remember his name for goodness sake !! So frustrating !! But any way he went on to the pros and did really well. I would think he’s long since retired as that’s been quite a few years back. My old home town of Dexter has a population of 400-500 people so you can see why it’s so exciting to us to see one of our own get to be a Dawg !!

EastmanDawg is from our next door neighbor county of Dodge. They Always produce great football teams. They are a 2AA HS but I can’t count the times they’ve beat much bigger schools !! Tip of the cap to you and you’re Dodge County Indians there EastmanDawg !! PS I see the Indians are 6-1 and 4-1 in Region play so they’re rolling as usual !! My new county of the last 3+ years Rabun County ( home of Gunner Stockton) just lost their first game tonight. They are 7-1 and 3-1 in the region. Ladd McConkey showed you can pick up some nice jewels out of these small towns from time to time. Eastman is Allot bigger than Dexter and Chatsworth where Ladd was from is Way bigger !! Hope it goes well for Ty Cummings and for our Dawgs if they Do offer him !!

Even if for some reason they don’t see him being viable as a RB he’d probably be very useful on special teams as a kick or punt returner. He’s only 5’7.5” and weighs 176 pounds. He could hide behind our big O Linemen and be dangerous to pop out from behind them !! Don’t know how good his hands are but Throw the ball to him in the backfield or a toss back, he’ll be hard to see back there !!
