- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Fair assessment I suppose but could care less about what’s going on with the Auburn coach or program as it doesn’t pertain to our Dawgs, fans or our program in any way. Pretty sure everyone knew about Freeze being fired and his losing record. Kind of a “who cares” moment for me there. Go Dawgs!
"While Allen may not exit Georgia with the hardware Smith did, he is 3-0 against Florida."
He is certainly welcome to come back and try again as a Senior in the 2026 season! I know he has to do what he feels is best for his carrier, so hopefully that will be deciding to be a Dawg for one more season. He would absolutely be a favorite for the Butkus award, and continue in the tradition of dominant linebackers like Smith and Dean who have earned the award.
GO DAWGS!
Inability to defend the deep ball could get us before it's over with. The cardinal rule for safeties is be deeper than their deepest.
"GoodOLDawg"—-I'm with you—wouldn't it be great to see CJ come back for one more year.
Absolutely! And there are several former Dawgs who are now thriving in the NFL who chose to play their Senior year and credit that decision to the success they are having in their pro career. With NIL, it's now more reasonable to delay the pro career for one season for those who are not projected as a first-round pick (I'm not sure where CJ is projected in the 2026 draft as of now).
GO DAWGS!
That targeting call was one of the most idiotic calls of the game other than the "Clap" call.
All excellent choices. Seems with all of the injuries and shuffling around in the secondary, the communication around coverage responsibilities is less-than-optimal. Great players, but with that much transition and changing lineups, mistakes are bound to happen. Hopefully, it gets cleaned up or Miss. State and Texas will definitely take advantage of that. By the way, that PI call on Zion Branch in the end zone was total garbage. Not even close to PI.
Loved the cut-ups of CJ in the one video link. Man, he has great instincts and ability to shed blockers and get to his spot and get there with intent. Love watching him and love how good GS is at recruiting and coaching up these LBs. If we could only muster up some solid pass pressure, I believe the DBs and the entire defense would look entirely different.
Zach Branch has to be the most positive individual they interview on that team. He is always such a team-first guy and never says anything great about himself (although he could fill a notebook with accolades and it still wouldn't be enough), but always heralds others in that offense. I'm sure he will be gone after this season and wish him nothing but the best; he has absolutely left his mark on this team and is an absolute DGD even with his limited time.
Gonna have our hands full Saturday in Starkvegas. Those cow bells drive me nuts and I still don't understand how the conference allows that to continue. If that is the case, they should allow all other teams to play music during Miss. State's visits to the other stadiums - manufactured noise is manufactured noise whether it is a cowbell or a song.
We should play isaiah gibson, just to see if he can bring anything to the pass rush. Keep him at the 4 games threshold. If he has success, make the decision with his family to burn the redshirt or keep playing in the playoffs.
I was under the impression they outlawed the cow bells a few years ago, i could very well be wrong about that though. But i know there was talk in the past of banning their cow bells.Obviously they are not banned since you hear them at every home game Miss. State plays. I agree, the only noise heard should be the manufactured crowd noise, not an irritating cow bell.
I could use a good steak
I do agree about the fan win, although I think UT losing kind of tarnishes that win for us. Sure they lost to another ranked SEC team, but if they had beaten that ranked SEC team, it would just have that more impact on how our SoS is reckoned.
CJ Allen is definitely the most consistent player on our defense. Bowens looks like faster and more powerful than Frazier, and Frazier looks slightly quicker but a bit more prone to fumble. I think Bowens have played into our RB1.
Chauncey is our secret weapon inhe 4th quarter. Insert Bowens and good things happen!
Wasn't real keen on the PI call on Zion. Even UF fans watching the game at my son's house couldn't believe it was called. Earlier a UF DB slammed Delp into the ground as the ball was getting to him. The look on the DBs face went from Oh, Oh, they caught me to all smiles when he saw no flags.
Frankly, I have no problem with all our rivals winning until we kick their tails (yes, that includes Tech)…has us beating a higher ranked team. Go Dawgs!
