- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Georgia football knows 8 overtime win means little against this yearâs Georgia Tech

This time, they need to put tech away. Need a very good game on Defense and Offense. They need to keep that #4 ranking.
of course it means nothing… so why are you talking about it
I expect Coach Brent Key and QB Haynes King to throw the kitchen sink at this game. They were embarrassed at home last week and will be looking for redemption. And, this will be King's last shot at the Dawgs. You can bet the farm CKS is well aware of this and will have the Dawgs ready to hunt. Dawgs must start well, contain King, own third down, and steadily build pressure for a convincing win.
Go Dawgs!
Just read in The Athletic that Tech sold its home games against Georgia to The Benz now and going forward for $10M. So, this won't be a once-and-done year when Tech plays the Dawgs at "home". I guess Mercedes Benz also approached Tech with another deal for their home game against the Vols next season for a bit less money. Tech declined after surveying their season ticket holders who wanted the game at Bobby Dodd.
Tech does need the money, but it's just going to bring in thousands of more Georgia fans to the game. Not much of a "home field advantage".
Tech will score some, but the Dawgs will score plenty. I don't think Kirby will be so quick to call off the Dawgs this week.
All things easier said than done. Last week, I wanted us to win and remain healthy. This week, I want the same two things, but I might want to flip-flop the order of them. My worst fear is that we lose to Tech, pick up a couple of key injuries, then somehow back into the SECCG and wind up losing there as well. (Yes, I'm Larry Munson Jr.). So, let's stay health above all. If we can do that, I do like our chances against anybody. Go Dawgs!
Of course it means nothing…. was a nothing laugher question when he ask Kirby an to then write a whole piece about it hilarious!!!
A different year, 2 different teams, why would it mean anything?
