How about reporting a complete list of who Georgia might be interested in or those that are interested in Georgia? Too many articles on one player coming or going and that list at the end of each article is difficult to know who’s coming or going.

Not sure how "powerful" he is at 6'2" 260 lb (listed) but definitely nice to add some depth to the DE (OLB?) position. Isaiah Gibson's development will be key to the production of the position and the amount of contribution Amaris Williams will be able to make.

Now we're talking…buy baby buy! Too much treasure and time wasted on 17 year old high school kids who haven't a clue what the word commitment means. Time to load up on seasoned players.

Defense is exactly where the focus needs to be. Many of my comments have been about the defense not being up to par where it should be. In my opinion, Georgia needs to continue to add until the current players step up and deliver.

A big get, for sure. I do wonder if this has implications for the Russaw/Smith duo...

    Was thinking the same thing.

BUT I still sense a hesitancy, based on the TP signee's, for CKS/ UGA to upset the team status quo/salary hierarchy by bringing expected higher cost players over established team members.

I don't think CKS is ready to do anything "revolutionary" (for him) yet in his attempt to build a team in '26 that can win a playoff game.

    Should be playing tonight.

Not an elite get, but a solid addition. Probably as good a buy as can be with Kirby not willing to pay for a game-changer. If he adds some bulk he will be a good one to help Gibson. Positive move!!

Looks like Kirby has his net out and doing some dipping. You don’t have to be a Coach or an Expert for my next comment. Just because a player flourished at his previous team doesn’t mean he’ll the same at UGA. Conversely just because a player was only average at his last team doesn’t mean he won’t flourish at UGA.

There’s all kinds of factors that are considered. Yeah you can get a glimpse based on previous play, but it’s only a glimpse, especially to us lay persons.

Also looks like most of these players have two years of eligibility remaining. So even if they don’t pan out the first year at UGA they might in year two, or not.

Why am I pointing this out ? Because I’ve read comments on these incoming players saying Well he’s not elite, or worse he’s a waste.

But we don’t know that. At UGA some of these guys might evolve to be Elite. Or yeah they could be a total bust. But I’m confident Kirby and staff are evaluating these guys under the strongest microscope they have available. And are offering them a spot at UGA honestly believing the player can help UGA win games.
There might not be a Superman among them but if they add some positives as part of the Team to win then it’s a good get.

It’s kind of like a really delicious stew, as long as you add things that enhance the taste it’s good. Just hope not to add things that diminish the taste or even worse make the stew taste bad.

Lastly Kirby is Not Dabo !! Kirby is willing to use the TP to meet critical needs. Unless he’s changed ( and he might have) Dabo doesn’t believe in or use the TP. I trust Kirby he’ll build a winning roster. Go Dawgs !!

Let's hope Kirby can pull in a fast wideout comparable to Branch since, despite signing 3 consecutive #1 TEs, Bobo won't throw to a TE unless his name is Bowers.
