Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Nate Frazier re-signs with Georgia, leading rusher to return in 2026
Nate Frazier re-signs with Georgia, leading rusher to return in 2026
Frazier battled an issue with fumbles early in the season, but had a strong close to his sophomore year. He exited Georgiaâs season-ending loss with an ankle injury but that injury is not expected to be significant.
Comments
That it was ever in question is concerning.
THANK YOU LORD!
Now if we can just re-shore up the O-line with an experienced body or three then we can probably call this 2026 transfer portal madness officially baked at UGA!
Go up to Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota and find some of those big boys raised on a Dairy with long German sounding names…and no neck
If you're commenting from the standpoint of the general state of the sport, then I completely agree. But if you're viewing it as any sort of indictment of Frazier or his status at Georgia, I'll have to disagree. It's at a point now where coaches have to re-recruit their roster every year. Likewise, in such a system, players are naturally going to want to look out for their own interests - especially runningbacks.
At the end of the day, he never entered the portal. Looks like it was just prolonged negotiation. Any number of things could have been happening behind the scenes that created this hitch in his re-signing which didn't have anything to do with him ever actually wanting to leave.
Why is any college football player "re-signing" any type of contract? This is to the point of ridiculousness. RIP college football.
This dude still has plenty of upside. With a top-10 offensive line and a reasonably threatening passing game, I believe Frazier could be a top-5 back. Go Dawgs!
Best News of the week! He will be a key factor in helping the offense in 2026. Not only his running ability, but his leadership helping the young RB's will be key..GoDAWGS!
"dawgfromduluth"—-totally agree!
Great news! We needed our top RB back. Go Dawgs!!
Awesome news. I didn’t realize how close he was to 1,000 yards. Maybe he’ll reach that mark next season.
The fact that coaches have to recruit not only high school players, but portal players and their own players that they’ve already recruited once before is ridiculous and way out of hand.
As long as there is no governing authority for college athletics the scata will continue to hit the fan and eventually the stink will sink the showboat…..we'll then all beg for "amateur athletics" to return.
Absolutely stoked about Frazier, Bowens, Dowdell & Walker!
Add Lamar, Phillips & either Rajecki or the Michigan PWO who visited Saturday as the replacement for Cash Jones and depth for a long season is set nicely.
Nate, it seems. was just having his agent cut a new more lucrative deal. Took some time. Kirby ponied up and the news broke of his return…..PTL!
Glad Nate is returning. However, we must improve our O-Line. Must also improve our O-Line coaching. The latter is a big concern for me. IMO, we need a new O-Line coach. Need to go after Pittman.
Cant say I blame him, the ncaa created this mess. All his agent did was play the system like most have to gain a better offer from a new school, or their present school. The ncaa set it up with basically no guidlines to govern the portal, and to be manipulated, and thats exactly whats happening. The Ncaa has no one but themselves to blame for this monster they created, and now cant control.
