Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Godspeed
I was excited when Georgia signed Pearce. He had a lot of promise. The NCAA rule not allowing him to play for Georgia because Georgia medically retired him does not make sense. He was allowed to transfer and play somewhere else. I wish him the best for success.
I get it that the rule was put in place preNil to keep programs from declaring med retirement to make room on the rosters only to bring said med retired back the next season if a scholly was available but nowadays it’s a BS rule that certainly needs revisiting in light of unfettered free agency. In any event best wishes Pierce. Would love to have seen you in r n b this year…
Good for him! This story has a happy ending for him albeit not with us ( and with no fault of the young man involved)…
Glad to hear that he has been cleared to play again and I wish him all the best!
Go Dawgs!
his family could have probably sued to have him play at UGA. Given recent history the NCAA would have caved, but he should have an opportunity to catch more balls as a hybrid receiver/tight end somewhere else. Bobo was not getting the ball to our tight ends enough as season progressed last year.
DGD. Would love to see him have a great career at CSU.
