Prothro 5 star #23 composite On3/Rivals and ESPN 5 star (#22) & PrepStar 5 star (#23).
247Sports is the lone outlier.
Also, Valdin Sone & PJ Dean may play sooner than later as well. Sone in the trenches, 247 5 star in the independent ranking. Dean on the edge may compete earlier too.
When Georgia recruited McConkey I was like why? He will never contribute… wow was I wrong. So sometime those star rankings don’t show the whole player. Go Dawgs
Yes, and I didn't think Eric Stokes & Javon Bullard would amount to anything either. Bullard started contributing almost immediately.
Exactly. Georgia has placed importance on player evaluation to find diamonds in the rough and avoid players who won’t fit the culture.
I’m not that familiar with many of these players. But I watched Prothro and Green in the HS State Championship games. Both are flat out ballers and could by season’s start contribute right away !! Prothro on Offense. Green on Defense. Those two were great geats by Kirby and company.
