Let’s see how committed the AD really is. Unless they go after and hire a proven winning head coach, it’ll just be more of the same.

She did an OK job, but with South Carolina, LSU, and Texas in the conference, OK just isn't good enough. Losing to Virginia in the NCAA was inexcusable. Six of their best eight players going into the portal says volumes. Given this move, Mike White should be VERY NERVOUS.

It would make more sense if Mike White and Josh Brooks got the boot before her. Heck, Josh Brooks gets too much credit for riding the coat tails of Greg McGarity success. I'm just not impressed with JB

Agree 100% on JB. A school like Georgia should field a consistently competitive program in FB, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball. With so many programs bringing in young and talented coaches, JB is lauded for bringing in White? Not a bad coach but best output will be mediocre. Both basketball programs have been left naked due to the transfers and it’s tough to tell if that’s coaching, NIL, or both of the above, but what is clear is that Brooks hasn’t hit even a double with his hires, and most of the programs, outside of football and baseball, always seem to be starting over every season. The school should expect more than that.

After all the controversy with the UConn coach going on now he may be available. Hey, we can always hope right? lol

I would have fired Mike Price before Abrahamson. The womens' team outperformed the men this year with less money. Katie is a UGA alumna. Promoting Price after a two or three week streak continues to defy logic. We promoted the same loser that Florida was doing everything in their power to fire. Heck, Florida probably paid UGA for his first year salary under the table just to get rid of him. We've all been chumped again.

The UGA leadership is too cheap and short sighted to do something smart like that. Our general athletic program is in decline, folks.

“Georgia completed one of its best seasons under the former player in 2025, finishing with a 22-10 record and a 8-8 mark in conference play that earned it a trip to the NCAA tournament.”

They fire her for accomplishing the same thing that got Mediocre Mike an extension and raise…things that make you go hmmmmmm….

In other Georgia sports program news, how bout dem Diamond Dawgs, a clean sweep of Ms St on the road…sic em

I’m sure it will be challenged in the courts but breaking news yesterday…

”President Donald Trump signed an executive order Friday designed to limit how long athletes can play college sports and how often they can transfer between schools.

The order directs the NCAA to create rules that mandate college athletes can play for "no more than a five-year period" and allows them to transfer schools only once before they graduate without having to sit out a season. The rule changes are scheduled to go into effect Aug. 1. A school that plays an athlete who doesn't meet these new limits could risk losing its federal funding.”

    A B O U T F R G N T I M E…directing the NCAA to have a spine, good luck with that…
