Georgia football fans likely did a double take when seeing former rival Gus Malzahn was selected to influence UGAâs postseason fate as a member of the College Football Playoff selection committee.

The committee is primarily made up of people that were at best average at their current or former job,experts? Hardly .
That was a poor choice indeed. He's a nutjob.
Sankey needs to move on to some other job. He has been weak and ineffective in his support of the SEC.
It’s time to just feed all the playoff qualifiers whatever they might be , strength of schedule , points etc into a computer . Get rid of this biased no rhyme or reason committee and like baseball Is doing, alleviate human error and let the schools know what it takes to get qualified.

Malzahn may be quirky, but I don't think he holds any particular disdain for the University of Georgia. What he said about "beating the crap" out of us was true—can't see that making him a Dawg hater.
I have no problem with Mahlzahn being on the selection committee. I think he respects UGA…. BTW, he did whoop the dog crap out of UGA in that game when the Dawgs showed up with their heads tore all up…. As they do about once or twice a year.
We really need to move the SEC out of Birmingham.
