Our wide receivers will define our 2026 playoff hopes? I don't think so. Perhaps I speak from a biased old offensive lineman's point of view, but line play(offensive and defensive) usually define our success or failure on the gridiron! GO DAWGS

Yep. Agree. I’ve heard all my football life that the war is won in the trenches. And it makes sense. If your O Line gives the QB elite pass protection And creates big holes for the RBs, you’re probably gonna have success on Offense.

So if your Defensive front takes both of those away you’re probably gonna have a winning Defense. If someone were to ask where would you want the team to be the greatest at, I think most people would say the trenches.

If the team is truly Elite on both sides of the ball there you could win Big with an average QB and average RBs. I’d dearly Love to see our Dawgs be truly elite in the trenches !! They’d be almost a given to win the Natty !!
