Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Georgia announces changes to football radio booth as Jeff Dantzler, Jon Stinchcomb step in
âJeff Dantzler, Jon Stinchcomb and D.J. Shockley share a tremendous passion for the University of Georgia,â Georgia athletic director Josh Brooks said in a statement put out by the school. âWe look forward to many more iconic calls as they bring to life exceptional moments in Georgia Bulldogs history.

I would have preferred Dantzler on the sidelines. Stinch in for Brock is fine. Gonna miss Scott on the football call. Thank goodness he's still doing men's hoops.
**** - are you kidding me!
It's Seven Hundred Million months 'till football kicks off this fall—then we can see how it goes—Munson.
Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
This hurts. With Scott, he was part of Munson's team so it was pretty seamless as we were used to him commenting in game and, nothing against Dantzler at all, I like him, but
Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
man I loved listening to Scott and Eric, the Josh. Going to miss that voice
Makes me sad
I suspect they were looking for more of a "homer" which Munson was and Howard was not.
While I like Scott Howard, I have always loved Dantzler's voice. Think he will be great in this role.
Guess Brooks forgot about this...

Who’s going to do the pre and post game shows? I hope they keep Kevin Butler
Birds of a feather.
He is going to be so boring with no emotion. Maybe that is what they want is an NFL type that sounds like a robot so there is no favoritism. This sucks!
17 years ago? Is that all you've got?
I posted this on the other article.
Oh, man! I truly hate this! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Scott. His passion for the Dawgs was evident during each broadcast. You couldn't have asked for a better play-by-play man after Munson passed away. No disrespect towards those other guys, but man, removing Scott from that booth was a TERRIBLE decision! We must fight to get him back in there! I will be contacting everyone I can. This is BS!
BRING BACK SCOTT HOWARD TO CALL FOOTBALL GAMES!
GO DAWGS!
You clearly didn't listen to him much, did ya? Scott was passionate about our Dawgs, and it was evident during each broadcast.
