Fantastic team that will not quit! They made a lot of dumb errors and the pitching was very so-so, but despite all that they just hunkered down and got it done. So proud of them all (and the noisy fans) and the best of luck in the WCS. Hope our pitching can turn it up a notch!!

I agree RedUga4Ever. The fans were engaged and outstanding! Some people like to say UGA is a football school. While it’s true we have a fantastic program under Kirby, UGA fans will turn out in droves when the product on the field or the court plays hard and with heart. UGA fans recognize effort and are very loyal and supportive of that, regardless the sport. Wes Johnson has done a phenomenal job in three years with this program and I hope he will be compensated accordingly to keep him here. This is a FUN team to watch. Good luck in Omaha! Regardless of what happens, this team will always be in mine and Georgia fans memory! Go Dawgs!
