Venables is notorious for his negative recruiting comments vs UGA over the years. Especially while at Clemson. " Why would you want to go to UGA? They'll never beat Alabama or get to the championship".

As for Terry Bradshaw he was a 52% career completions percentage passer. And that was with Lynn Swann and John Stallworth. Two NFL HoF WR's and Franco Harris a HoF RB.

I like Venables as a coach. I like Jim Nagy as their GM. Everything may point to Texas right now but Oklahoma is setup for long term success.

We should beat these guys silly but that doesn't mean they won't be a problem by seasons end or in the future. Mateer is a fraud like Arch. We are going to plant him in the ground over and over again.

This game will be our coming out party to Kirby's 3rd Nattie. Not sure how many we beat them by but will be 3 scores at least.
