From improving the pass rush to finding a go-to receiver, Georgia has a few areas it could shore up this season.

I agree with JS. Health is the key.
Absolutely health. If we had Harris last playoff, probably a different outcome. If ole miss doesn’t intentionally injure Frazier (they 100% did), we win. If Bobo is blocking, we run and pass better and it’s a different outcome. But also, a full month layoff is way too long between games.
Jeff is 100% correct. Being healthy is the key. I'm not that worried about the players stepping up, finding their rhythm, having the team gel as a unit, or ultimately finding a pass rush...as much as I worry about key players getting too injured to contribute down the stretch. Yiu can easily argue the last couple of seasons would have ended differently had it not been for injuries. The depth is just not there any longer to plug and play experienced, talented replacements and expect just as good of a result.
To actually win a natty, all those DN contributor ideas will need to happen. To be the last one standing, many chips need to fall in your favor. It's exciting knowing we've good a great hand. Go Dawgs!
I agree with all here staying healthy is the number 1 goal to this teams success.
I would also add that keeping opposing teams off balance by mixing up plays with RPO’s, taking deep shots down field and especially 10-20 yard passes over the middle to let players make plays. To me, there is nothing more exciting in football than watching a wide receiver or a big tight end running loose with nothing but open field and blocking and picking up huge chunks of yardage! I know I keep harping on this but I see other teams doing it all the time. There’s no reason we can’t as well. Go Dawgs!
Easy answer here: a better offense approach and better play calling. The defense has been good enough the last three years for us to compete for a natty. Watch the 3rd quarter of last year’s playoff game vs Ole Miss. It’s a microcosm of why Georgia hasn’t sniffed a natty since ‘22.
Avoiding injuries, especially to key players is obviously a huge factor in any team being successful. It is also necessary to avoid too conservative play calling when we get a lead. Gotta keep the pedal to the metal even when leading. Do not do what we did against Ole Miss in the CFP last season. Stay aggressive.
Very true. It's always maddening how it often takes a deficit for the offense to kick it up a notch. Those days of just overwhelming the majority of P4 opponents are gone, but recent seasons prove that CKS will always ensure the Dawgs are the most resilient team.
the media keeps talking about the offense. The offense helped keep us in the game last year. My two concerns is defensive backs getting torched and no pass rush. Kirby only went after one pass rusher in the portal and he got hurt. Go dawgs
