“He’s becoming a weapon catching the ball out of the backfield,” Georgia coach Kirby Smart said. “That’s been a big focus for him. All in all, he’s worked really hard this camp.”
A true receiving threat out of the backfield along with two tight ends could really open things up for the vertical passing opportunities. It would be great to see Frazier establish that early in the season to make opposing defenses have to account for that possibility.
GO DAWGS!
Really? Georgia's version of Christian McCaffrey?
Of all the running backs Connor could've used as a reference for Nate Frazier, we're going with a Stanford running back from **** near a decade ago? 😂
I understand what he's trying to say, but McCaffrey is such a random comparison for Georgia fans. Give me a James Cook, D'Andre Swift, Todd Gurley, Chubb, Sony... somebody Dawg fans actually have a frame of reference and emotional attachment to.
"Georgia's version of Christian McCaffrey" just sounds like somebody needed a recognizable national name to plug into the article. 😂
Will be interesting to see if we run to set up the pass or vice versa
