For most watching, Georgia’s 38-14 win over Vanderbilt felt more like a roller-coaster ride than a stress-free win the Bulldogs have been accustomed to this season.

They are not the only ones doubting the Dawgs. I think very few fans felt confident when they left Sanford yesterday. It is time for Kirby to earn his money. He is a defensive coach, and I hate to say it but Bobo looked better than ANY defensive coach on the field on Saturday. Is it the OL or does Bowens just not have good running back vision. Peanut is not a between the tackles guy, so they have to use him in creative ways. Here's hoping that Nate returns ready to be a difference maker this week. Going to have to be a whole team effort to have a shot.
Bolden beating his chest like he did something then getting burned on numerous occasions. These guys need to find some humility or they will be embarrassed next week. These guys OL better b play their best, Gunner has been hurried every game this year.
Our fans tend to be chicken little at every little sign…
It’s a 4 quarter game that UGA was never at risk of losing. yes, there are things to clean up but it’s game 4 of a long season. The goal is to peak when it matters.
Fans complaining about the run game also complain when Gunnar doesn’t throw it. (Last week at OU) and this week he carried the team and now it’s we should be able to run…
If anything, I feel like this version of the team is finally able to handle its own on the ground or through the air.
But, alas, yadda yadda complaints about it being Vandy. As if the Alabama didn’t have trash first halves against lesser opponents before pulling away fr them. Now it’s the same team that has us shaking in our boots….
Wild times…
There is NO substitute for Playmakers that play with discipline and precision....within a system or scheme. That's why there are more Johnny -On-The-Spot's, this Season. More disciplined playmakers. Lol....it ain't rocket science...it's football. If you were ever in doubt about this game...My advice would be....never bet on anything, again.
Imo.…the Dawgs are far better trained, more efficient & more experienced...than any D1 CFB Team on the map.
What if....UGA goes thru the entire Season...without being "Challenged"?
According to the latest ESPN/ABC Propaganda....the Dawgs haven't really been challenged because they haven't played anybody that can expose their areas of inefficiency or weaknesses.
Okay....fair enough. Who else hasn't really been challenged?.....and why does ESPN/ABC have a problem calling Stockton an " Elite Quarterback"?.…while at the same time....Calling his efficiency & statistics Elite. Then follows that up with the reasoning that he plays for an Elite Team that hasn't really been challenged.
ESPN & ABC Propagandists are currently trying to "Mazarati Marv" (Hutchinson)..... Jeremiah Smith. They seem to be bound and determined that the "Heisman Winner" is GONNA come from a Midwestern Team. They can't stand the Southeastern Region of the U.S..
To be clear.…Smith could be the best player in the Country. Let's play "What About..." with him and HIS Team. They designed their entire offense around him....so of course he's gonna have some big numbers. But, will that equate to Wins?
Isn't that what we're talking about? If Stockton worked with his Offense to the point, that nobody can challenge them...i.e., (stop the run AND the pass...and make em grind it out). Doesn't HE deserve some credit for that?
I can't believe that's even a thing. Lol....I gotta ask the obvious question...is it because he's a white, God-Fearing, Country Boy....like Tim Tebow was? Ironically Tim is the last one to Win the Heismam...if memory serves.
Go get em Big Red....LEAVE NO DOUBT!!!
Looking forward to this week's matchup in Tuscaloosa! It is time to get this Bama **** off our backs. The dawgs haven't won in T-town since Saban's first year and Kirby is 2-7 against his former team. There is no excuse for that. Bama loses to the Vandys of this world and we come into their house with fear and trembling. It's almost universally decided that Kirby is the best overall coach in CFB at this time. So, we need to cut down on any ridiculous play calling and play to our strengths in this game. Lawson Luckie showed us yesterday what he can do with yards after catch and he was not even the intended target! (43 yrds!). Let's get these TEs going soon and often in this Bama game and let them flatten any LB or DB that gets in their way. Time to PUNISH this Bama defense and leave the game with an undisputed crushing of the opponent. In other words, let's duplicate what we did to them in the SECCG and leave with a 28-7 score to leave no doubt! Let's do this and GO DAWGS!
Vandy has always been a tough game for as long as I can remember and I have been a Dawg fan for almost 65 years. And remember last year they won 10 games.
Jared Curtis wouldn't have played much better than Berlowitz. Curtis pulled up on a sprint in the pregame warmups. He supposedly has a gimpy knee but his knee wasn't taped and there wasn't much of a limp. I have played on a bad knee back in the day and always had it taped up.
All the downers need to cut the Dawgs some slack. They played a good game Saturday against a Vandy team that is definitely going to win more games that they lose this year.
GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
