I agree with AP not dropping Alabama because of their loss to UGA last night. I believe they're still better than ND, Ohio State, and Indiana. Ohio State's loss to Texas is looking really bad now, Indiana barely gets by Nebraska in a game that should have been an easy win, and Notre Dame, the darling of the highbrow Northeastern media, will play nobody challenging and waltz into the playoffs with ease, with all of their players healthy.
Don't care to hear people whine about the supposed missed pass inteerference call. That's part of football. The officials missed a bigger call in the 2017/18 championship game, calling Tyler Simmons offsides and negating a clean blocked punt that would have salted away the game.
What a surprise…Bama lost a game and DID NOT LOSE A SINGLE SPOT IN THE POLL If Georgia had lost they would have dropped them out of the top 10.
The dawgs have a lot of walking wounded right now. It is blessing that we have freshmen that are rising up and playing the "next man" up role with great results! Bo Walker is not a freshman, but I really appreciated his toughness at times in the game. Phillips of course, was a beast and the 17 yard throw from Stockton to the TE Elyiss Williams but a capper on it. Getting depth during the early part of the season is paying dividends already and will continue to do so. Now, if only something could be done about the interior OC play calling….
Hmmmm… so Bama beat a undefeated team in 2023 when Georgia was #1 in the SECGC and Georgia fell to 6 place and wasn’t able to play for a 3 natty in a row but Bama loses at home yesterday and doesn’t move in the polls. Say what you want but if you watched the game you can see the bias against Georgia. It’s either OSU, Bama or ND is the media darling. The sports media wants to see Bama back on top.

Honestly, I'm kind of tired of this silly comment, "first win in Tuscaloosa since 2007." UGA has only played in Tuscaloosa three times since the win in 2007. Two losses in 2020 and 2024, and the win yesterday. So, since 2007, UGA is 2-2 in Tuscaloosa.

They've gotta keep Bama & Texas in the hunt. That's two of the Teams, the talking puppets at ESPN, built all their preseason story lines around. What a waste. Lol

I agree, the meia makes it sound like the DAWGS have played bama every season since 2007 with very few wins. And as you stated, there have been 3 games played there since the 2007 win,with an overall record of 2-2 since 07.
Hopefully we don’t have a letdown game against Auburn. Maybe we can get some starters back. Still have a gauntlet of teams awaiting us

I really enjoyed watching the offense, the line took over in the fourth quarter. They had Ala on their heels. Peanut showed out like a true running back. I would think he has earn himself some of the time in the rotation of the running backs. Walker looks like he is going to be very good. There is no reason not to have fresh legs in the back field. I is going to be very tuff the rest of the season. Next man up. If I was a defensive back Ga is the only place I would consider. Go Dawgs 🙂
