Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss is a noted playmaker with his escapability, decision-making and pinpoint passes.

Chambliss is probably one of the best COLLEGE football players this year, definitely, in the top 10. Take Chambliss off Ole Miss and what’s their record. It’s gonna be a tough game. I hope we use the tight ends bt the seems. It’s like we are not allowed to pass 10-20 yards downfield b/t the hashes. I hope we attack Chambliss. I would rather lose with Chambliss having to make jaw dropping plays on each drive than letting him pick us apart. Also, no lead is safe with this guy. Can’t sit on it and start going three and out and giving them everything underneath on defense. I don’t want a big lead at halftime. Georgia’s offense is about to absolutely go off!!! I think South Carolina is the most talented team left on our schedule. Their WR, QB, DE are all first round talents and their combine numbers will back up their film. They got others that will be drafted too. William-Brice will be popping off too. They should win their next two games so they will have a glimmer of hope when they play us. That game is gonna be the hardest game left on the schedule. Bama is the only team that has beat South Carolina. The other two losses they beat themselves.
Chambliss went to the coaches and said he wanted to run the ball more. When a coaching staff has a mobile QB and they’re not running him, it’s bc they don’t trust the back up or the backup is not ready. We are running Gunner like a starting RB. Texas went after Chambliss wide from the edges and the interior rush controlled their gaps and left no creases. They suffocated him in the first half. I hope our defense dictates the game the entire game. We decide what happens.
Gunner actually has much better stats in passing completion % & passing efficiency. But, Chambliss is in the Top 10 in " Points responsible for". Gunner is much further back on that one. Chambliss can score on you multiple ways and had 65 yards rushing against Auburn. Texas and Florida beat the Rebels by being able to run the ball. Florida and Baugh ran for 302 yards!!
Defense has got to stop the run, and our offense has got to be able to run the ball, control the clock, and win the time of possession. Keep Chambliss off the field as much as possible and disrupt & contain him when he's leading the Rebel's charge. We keep getting in shootouts with these guys when we've played them. We're 50-50 with that, but our best game last season where we won, we were more aggressive with the game plan, spreading the ball around to multiple players in different ways, 9 completed passes to TEs, and around 500 yards of offense.
Which game plan does Bobo start with? Conservative, eat up clock, run the ball, or more aggressive?
The first sentence in this article is Loaded !! “Kirby Smart has seen of Ole Miss QB Trinidad Chambliss……….. To develop a scheme with his defense to Stop Him !! If TX can our Dawgs can. I Believe our Defense has matured at just the right time !!
On Offense protect the football !! Don’t help Ole Miss. Run the ball and throw short to intermediate passes over the middle. Dandridge seems to be pretty good at shaking defenders and getting deep. Long bomb to him If/When he’s open.
Beat Chambliss and you beat Ole Miss. That’s not necessarily the same for our Dawgs and Gunner as was clearly shown vs UF. What I mean was in spite of Gunner not having a good day our RBs Did !! Go Dawgs !!
TX rushed for 214 yds. to Ole Miss 109 yds. So that shows the tun game matters. Chambliss three 3 INTs which is uncharacteristic for him. Our Dawgs need to keep the pressure on him !! Oh and he only ran for 7 yds. in that game !! If TX can do it our Dawgs can do it Better !! Go Dawgs !!
Oops that’s supposed to be run game not tun. Course I’d love a ton of yds. from our RBs !!

Whatever plan they use, keeping the Ole Miss offense off the field should be the paramount objective……if floriduh can run Baugh for 302 yards (when we held him to 38), I suspect running the ball and maintaining time of possession would be the way to go……I'm sure that is why we were "practicing " that approach in the second half of the floriduh game!!
Go Dawgs!
