This is a paper from a few years ago. But it's entirely why I don't understand why so many kids sign up to play football at Alabama.
A lot lately, you'll hear in the media about how great Alabama is, because look at Reuben Foster! He only started one year in college at Alabama, and he went into the NFL. That story is just anedotal though. Why aren't more people looking at trends?
Has Bama gotten a higher percentage of its blue chips to go NFL in the last couple of years? Or is what this paper from a few years ago still accurate?
