Scores yesterday

Some teams scored a lot of points like Oklahoma, Alabama, and Ohio state. Did OSU keep scoring after they put in their 2nd and 3rd strings to get to 77 or did they keep in their 1st strings on for most of the game? UGA never really runs the score up that much without replacing the talent with the lower strings. I can’t remember the last time UGA came close to scoring 77? I prefer the way UGA does it. It would be really dumb to risk a injury at that point.

OSU had their first string O in for three full quarters when the score was 56-31. Took them out when the score was 63-31.

WE were playing our second string in the 2nd quarter, everybody else in the 3rd, and shortened the 4th by 5 minutes.
Difference in staying humble as opposed to showboating.

In fairness, they were only up 25 pts at the time. They gave up a ton of pts.

And? The head coaches even agreed to shorten the game's 4th quarter down to 10 minutes. GO DAWGS!!!

I much rather see our 2nd and 3rd team players out on the field and win 45-0.

There were probably some Georgia players who played for the first and last time between the hedges. Last night was their 15 minutes of fame.

UGA was the only top 25 team to have a shutout.

True. OR St. did make their move to tighten the game with TD at 11:06 in the 3rd that made it 56-28. Then added their final points with a field goal at 5:25 in the 3rd. Closed the gap even more to 56-31. Even more the reason to leave the 1st string in to make sure that lead doesn't shrink even more going into the 4th.
