Georgia suffered a bad loss, 20-17, in double overtime against South Carolina on Saturday. To call it a bad loss is honestly an understatement. The Bulldogs fell to a team with a losing record, at home, who was playing a third-string quarterback for most of the second half. This was easily Georgia's worst performance

Every top team has a game where they should've blown out the team but didn't. Bama has had its share of games where it should've lost. The difference is that they somehow always find a way to win. We did not. We shot ourselves in the foot at the end of regulation and couldn't even win after a gift missed FG from Carolina. We couldn't give Rodrigo anything better than a 42 yard chance after the gift? You aren't going to win like that.

We failed in typical Georgia football fashion and now we need luck and perfection from here on out or we won't even make it to Atlanta.

That game was all on the offense. The defense didn’t look great, but they did their job. Just a horrible day from the get go. And you could just feel it in the air. So strange how that works. Fromm had his patented horrible game of the season and the coaching was horrendous. Oh well, it’s the SEC and that’s how it goes. It’s done now. Time to pick up the pieces.

Jake had a bad day. Rodrigo was more likely to make the game winner at the end of regulation. The story of this game is the other team’s game plan was better than the dogs for the third game in a row. Once we started turning it over, the weak game plan cost us dearly.

We have talent on offense so when you can't start against another team it means you have no offensive identity or offensive plan. South Carolina served notice that nobody is afraid of Jake's arm. Florida, Auburn, etc are going to make him beat them because we haven't proven that we can. Forget top 4 in nation, we may not be in the top 4 sec.

Fromm’s awful game nothwithstanding, this one is on the coaching staff. Dawgs’s game management and offensive play calling are abysmal. Time and time again, we have been out-coached this season. I am concerned that this coaching staff does not have what it takes to move this team forward to the next level. Time to see what the Dawgs are made of, no doubt, but I really wonder if we have the leadership to play to our full potential.

Jake Fromm didn't lose this game. His HC's offensive philosophy lost this game, just like it almost did vs Notre Dame. Kirby plays to not lose, rather than playing to WIN. That idiotic, run the ball on 1st and 2nd downs then assume your QB will bail you out on 3rd and long offense, bit Kirby in the ass in dramatic fashion vs a losing team. We already knew that top teams figured out how to beat us because it happened three times last season (Texas, LSU, Bama). Now the bottom feeders know. The truth is, UGA will NEVER win a NC, until Kirby gets shed of his 1960 Green Bay Packer offense, and starts scoring more points, like his ex-boss, LSU, and well, the real Top 5 have done.
