The Senior Officials only see $$$

As long as they are getting their palms greased, they could care less. College football is a bigger business than pro.

As long as the fans show up every Saturday in the fall and meet the targeted revenue, they could care less if we ever won another championship. Key officials really don't care, otherwise, they would demand better results.

Pretty evident McGarity cares more about money than putting UGA in the best position to win championships. Just like with Auburn he caters to our rival again. The only two winners in this are the Florida Gators and the City of Jacksonville. If UGA fans are serious about moving the game; stop going to Jacksonville and let Florida take over the stadium. It would appear that is the only way a change is going to be made.

That wouldn't solve the problem. Butts in seats is what J'ville wants because it is a revenue generator. The color of the jerseys in the stands don't matter when it comes to cash.

What we need to do is put pressure on the UGA Athletic Director to make it change.

Amen brother. Green is the only color that apparently matters to this conversation. Some people can't see the forest through the trees. One may begin to wonder...Is McGarity in the pocket of Jacksonville?

I'm afraid this is just the first of two wins for Florida. They are about to take back control of the series and McGarity as always is eager to help

Split the tickets all you want. This will never be in our favor as long as it is played in that freaking swamp state. Notice the mayor called it Fla/Ga.

I live in Jax and selfishly want it to stay. Also really enjoy seeing all my people come flooding into town.

But I definitely get all the points everyone is making. The location really is more of an advantage for FL. But when is it ever not about money? That is all college football has become. And it has honestly made me lose a bit of love for the game.

Looks like the Jacksonville Mayor will get re-elected. Money is the root of ALL evil. This deal stinks because it is only about money! When are we going to get 100% focused on winning a National Championship? We have made strides of late but this is STILL a hurdle. FLA, our archrival gets a home game every year through 2023. Why would any TRU fan of UGA football applaud this announcement?
