Gobbledygook statements, Of course UGA has to win tomorrow of for all praticale purposes the season goals are gone. # 1 SEC championship is gone, # 2 National Champion Playoff berth is gone.
UGA wins tomorrow probably means they are in the SEC championship game, but they still need to run the table . They lose to Auburn or A & M even if they win the SEC championship their playoff hopes are over.
UGA needs to run the table and win the SEC and they are in the playoffs.
What I would like to know is what happens if Bama beats LSU in a tight game and LSU finishes 11 & 1, UGA runs the table (11 & 1) and meets Bama (12 & 0) in the SEC championship, UGA wins SEC in tight game.
UGA (12 & 1), Bama (12 & 1), LSU (11 & 1) who gets left out.

That scenario seems pretty clear-cut to me. The team that didn't go to the conference title game gets left out. If all 3 teams have the same number of losses, there's no way you leave the conference champion out. From there, you have two teams who played each other, one of which won and thus advances.
Of course, I'm still trying to figure out how Florida ended up in the Sugar Bowl and Georgia got stuck in some restaurant or credit card bowl the same year we beat them and came within a few yards of winning the SEC and going to the national title game, so what do I know?
