Cade Mays reportedly entered his name into the transfer portal on Wednesday, with the intention of him transferring to Tennessee, as ESPN's Mark Schlabach reported. Shortly after that news came out, it was also learned that Mays' father and mother filed a lawsuit against the University of Georgia Board of Regents and

Was always told.."if you're going to be ****, you best be tough" seems the elder Mays has the 1st part covered rather well So someone else pays for his stupidity? Not shocking considering his education.. 🤡
S-T-U-P-I-D.. Censored? Really?
I bet they would be willing to drop the law suit if Cade gets to play immediately at (let me guess) Tenn. Wow, Three million dollars. What was Mays doing that resulted in him losing any income at all, and doesn't it seem likely that Dad's medical insurance covered the cost of the surgery. Furthermore, did Cade not have responsibility for not knowing how to sit down in a chair? This stinks, and the Mays family should be embarrassed.
OK...at least he's not suing for something **** like burning his mouth on hot coffee or sticking his pecker in a pencil sharpener. If I was a judge I'd toss out this frivolous lawsuit in 2 seconds. Unbelievable. Way to go Mr. Mays, make your kid transfer because you don't know how to sit in a chair and can no longer pick your nose. $3million? Really?
so let me get this straight....this incident of stupidity happened to Cade Mays dad BEFORE he was at UGA but NOW wants to sue UGA for $3 million dollars and transfer? Has Cade Mays dad been talking with Justin Fields father on BS?
You couldn't make this stuff up.
This is all a stunt to get immediate eligibility. My understanding is that this would place hardship on him staying so they’d have to consider immediate eligibility wherever he goes
I bet his injured finger caused him to give up that sack against Baylor.
I'm a former lineman and a big guy. Guess what? There are pros and cons to being tall and large. Everyone of us will tell you the world is not "made" for us. I am sure short folks and others will tell you the same. You learn to adapt, period. Anyone over 8 years knows folding chairs can and do "bite" and teachers are always telling students to be careful when folding and unfolding those chairs. Sorry he lost part of his pinky finger but wow.......
I have been wondering when a player injured in a game or practice would sue the school......it's coming.
Looking forward to the Tennessee game.
I think we play UT at home next year....Trevon, Jalen, Malik, DLs, LB corp....can we talk?
I think the statute of limitations on being able to file the lawsuit is 2yrs. I think he filed the lawsuit on the final day.
Confirmation would be appreciated.
It's pretty impressive that he had this accident and his son still signed with UGA, pretty impressive recruiting... at the time.
Amen!
😂😂😂😂😂
Only in Hollywood lol
