Andrew Thomas and Isaiah Wilson announced in December that they would not be returning to Georgia for the 2020 season. On Tuesday, offensive guard Solomon Kindley did the game. On Wednesday, Cade Mays reportedly entered the transfer portal, with all intentions of ending up Tennessee. All four of those players started

This new less potent defensive scenario demands a running QB that can pass effectively out of pocket. Plenty of WRS now and a super TE. Also, Luke should be preparing the offensive linemen for heavy duty in the trenches as a unit. He will deliver as he did against Baylor. I am hopeful for UGA in 2020....hopeful. So many variables. UGA is partially rebuilding.

As wonderful as Pittman was at recruiting (unequaled), I questioned his coaching at times, for with as many elite linemen as UGA has, our line often under performed. In the Sugar Bowl, our offensive line exceeded my expectations - hopefully due to Luke, rather than luck.

JUST IN....NBC Sports reports that UGA LB Robert Beal has pulled his name from the transfer portal. Looks like he had a change of heart. Good news!

Starting over with the O-line, running backs to some degree, receivers to some degree and with a new QB. Time to reset our goals for 2020. It is what it is.

Or other schools he might have been interested in had the same view of him as we do and he wasn't going to be given a starting spot because he is unproven on the field.

Wrong, Kirby recruits for these moments so we don't have to pull less talented players to start. We have capable players waiting to fill spots. We should not have to lessen our expectations. We should still expect to win the east, compete for the SEC Champ and a shot at the Natty next year.

The future looks bright indeed. I believe 2020 is going to be a great year for UGA football. Four Straight SECE titles! We will be young but we will be highly motivated and this team will unequivocally be the most talented team we have ever fielded.

Florida is already saying they will win the East. That's not going to happen with the defense we will have and the potential we have on offense. All the naysayers will see how wrong they are by October.

We will pick-up a special talent at QB and our offense will compliment our D. Bank on it!

    Go Dawgs!

Don't forget Netori Johnson move back to offense

He is a large body that shows some decent movement in the handful of plays he made this season on defense

He was a 4 or 5 star OG recruit just a few years ago depending on what service you look at

Ol will be just fine next season and might even be better ….. This so called great line last season sure missed on several 3rd and 1s

Come On Man you cant run for one yard when needed because they are coached to block in a finesse manner and hey Fromm had 7 seconds to throw the ball more than any other QB in the nation but I sure would like a line that fires out and gets you that one yard

Didn’t realize Ratledge was “the No. xx overall prospect in the 2020 recruiting cycle.”
