Things seem to be evolving steadily toward padded practice and coaches supervision. The players should be in pretty good physical condition by then. Cannot even use a football until July 24! Fans in the stands this fall would be a real plus if possible. State by state differeneces in fan attendance could prove a factor also. Safety is the main concern. Covid-19 definitely runs the itinerary doesn't it. And it should. This is a highly contagious virus.
I do not understand the logic of all this. Why not five or forty phases? Has any explanation been given for this particular formula? I am baffled how most folks, like sheep, just follow right along while a select few exercise their appointed authority. 2020 has been one crazy year. God bless America.
